The BRACE program is an entrepreneurship development course that will enhance the competencies of existing small and medium entrepreneurs (who are in crisis situation such as inability to repay their loans, lack of liquidity, sharp drop in sales, losses, high inventory, high costs of production), in identifying and diagnosing causes to problems, generating and selecting solutions/alternative courses of action, and developing a business restructuring plan.

These are short courses, (3 to 5 days ) that aim to enhance knowledge and skills in four functional areas of business, marketing, production/technical, organization and management and finance.

- Courses on Capability Building of Institutions On Enterprise Development

The Business Management System (BMS) course is intended for counseling growth and export-oriented companies in analyzing business performance through the use of Business Management Grid (BMG) developed by Dr Osman Atac through the Association of Training Institutions for Foreign Trade in Asia and the Pacific (ATIFTAP). The BMG is a model that provides a general framework for the success of any business thus allows enterprise owners and managers to define problems by establishing where the business ought to be.
The course is a six-day program intended for trainers who wants to acquire/develop competencies on principles and application of multi dimensional learning specifically design and facilitating new structured learning exercises.
